About the data

Every price on this site comes from our own daily collection of eBay sold listings. Nothing is scraped from other price sites, and no asking price is ever presented as a sold price.

What we collect

Each day, for every reference in our catalog, we collect eBay sold listings over a trailing 90-day window, plus the current live (asking) listings from eBay's official API. A listing only counts when its title names the exact reference and its price sits inside a sane band for that reference — that filters out accessories, parts and mislabeled listings.

What we publish

The median, percentiles, and every statistic you see — plus the sale count they came from. Each page carries a "data through" date: the newest confirmed sale behind its numbers. The full dataset is open: aggregates index (JSON).

How often it updates

Daily. When a day is missed, the data-through date says so — we never silently serve stale numbers.

Sold vs asking

Reference pages show both the sold median and the live asking median. The spread between them is the negotiation margin: asking prices typically sit a few percent above what watches actually sell for.
